Maximalist prints meet wardrobe staples.

High street and influencer favourite & Other Stories has partnered with interiors and lifestyle brand House of Hackney on an exclusive collection of summer essentials.

House of Hackney’s trademark eclectic aesthetic is characterised by reinterpreted Victorian prints and psychedelic floral patterns that adorn a range of dresses, tops, trousers, scarves and accessories. Each piece reflects the maximalist ideology of House of Hackney’s husband and wife duo, Javvy M Royle and Frieda Gormley, who first established the luxury brand in 2011. They have previously collaborated with the likes of Puma, Eastpak, Opening Ceremony and Asos.

<blockquote<“The spirit captures a heightened version of the colours and forms found in nature. This collection encourages women to continue to walk to the beat of their own drum. We want those who wear our pieces to feel wonderful, strong and feminine,” say the founders.

The range primarily uses sustainable materials such as Tencel, a fibre that is manufactured from natural wood pulp cellulose, as well as organic cotton. Inspirations behind the collection include what Virginia Woolf would have worn when going on country retreats, creating an undeniable bohemian feel.

With prices ranging from £39 to £145, shop the summer edit in stores and online now.
